Mail order Prescription Program
- Maintenance medications written by the wellness center providers are mailed directly to your home
- Mail order program is administered by the wellness center pharmacy partner, Sav-Rx pharmacy, at no cost to you.
- Contact the wellness center to request your medications be sent to the Sav-Rx pharmacy.
- As long as you have refills remaining on your prescription, simply call Sav-Rx at 1-800-228-3108. When you call, your address and prescription will be confirmed. If you do not have any refills remaining, please call the wellness center at 317-571-4651 to have a new prescription submitted to Sav-Rx. It is recommended to request your refill 2-3 weeks prior to needing your new supply of medication.
- Sav-Rx offers a mobile app that can be utilized to request refills and track your shipment. Search and download the new Sav-Rx app through the Apple Store or Google Play.
Fitness and Nutrition Services
Nutrition Consultation
Led by a Registered Dietitian. Available in person or by telephone
Personalized to help you with:
- Weight loss
- Managing a chronic health condition
- An eating or exercise plan
Appointments range from 30 to 60 minutes and may be scheduled online, by phone (317) 733-4000, or with the staff at the Wellness Center.
You must be established as a patient at the Wellness Center in order to be scheduled with the registered dietitian.
Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral Health Counseling
Mental health is an important component to keeping you healthy overall.
Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker has a broad range of experience in a variety of settings. Available counseling services include:
- Individual and family counseling
- Stress Management
- Parenting and education counseling
- Anxiety disorders (including OCD)
- Depression and bi-polar disorder
- Grief, loss and caregiver stress
- ADHD/Executive functioning
At the initial appointment you will participate in a comprehensive assessment at which time you can discuss your own personal goals for improving your mental and behavioral health.
Please contact the clinic by phone (317) 733-4000 to schedule your first visit with the Behavioral Health Counselor. All follow up visits will be scheduled directly with the counselor.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
An Employee Assistance Program is a counseling and referral service, designed to assist employees and their families in overcoming personal problems. EAP counselors are trained to deal with a wide variety of employee problems. They will offer you professional support and direction toward resolving the problem.
