Zionsville Community Schools Wellness Center offers an online scheduling tool. Most visit types can be scheduled online, however, appointments with the behavioral health counselors must be scheduled by calling our office at 317-733-4000. If you need an appointment sooner than what is available online, please call the office to see if we can accommodate your request.

The Wellness Center provides a convenient, no cost option to the employee for acute, preventive, and wellness focused primary care services for all ZCS employees and their families enrolled in the ZCS Health Care Plan. The services provided can be shared with your personal primary care physician. This coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life.
