Meet the Wellness Center Staff
Audrey Wehr, MD
Audrey Wehr, MD is a native of West Lafayette, IN and earned her medical degree from Indiana University in 2007. Dr. Wehr is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians. She takes special interest in preventative care, obesity management, behavioral health and diabetes care management. Dr. Wehr strives to provide knowledge and compassionate care to her patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Wehr enjoys spending time with her husband and her three boys. She looks forward to serving the employees and families of ZCS.
Vickie Spoerle, RN
Athena Jochim, RN
Athena received her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Indiana State University in 2007. She has worked in pediatrics at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital for 15 years. She was a clinical supervisor and taught the new grad residency program at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. She was a professor for the accelerated nursing program at Marian University. Athena enjoys teaching and has a passion for pediatric nursing. She lives in Zionsville with her husband, two young boys and their dog. Athena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising and reading.
Jen Jansen, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Jen Jansen has over 25 years of varied clinical social work experience, including teaching and outreach for a cancer non-profit. She began her career in community mental health, working with children and families in a school environment. These past 10 years, Jen has provided psychotherapy in a private psychiatric setting. Jen works from a Positive Psychology framework and strives to help patients identify and lead with their strengths. Jen attended Indiana University and Washington University. She is married with 3 children and a dog, Peppermint. Her interests include service, decorating, fitness and socializing with family and friends.
Zachary Litherland, MS, LCSW
Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN. During his career as a Clinical Social Worker, Zachary has worked in a variety of settings with individuals, from medical and psychiatric hospital units to a more private practice office. Zachary specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD disorders.
Zachary believes in promoting prevention and wellness before symptoms that significantly disrupt a person's life, if possible. That is to say, "You don't need to be severely depressed to come see me." In his free time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his dogs and staying in contact with friends and family.
Amy Ficklin, LPN
Amy grew up in Indianapolis, graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with her LPN. She has 15 years experience as a nurse in a variety of settings including long-term care, cardiology, urology and endocrinology to name a few. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family. She enjoys traveling with her husband, working out and trying new restaurants around Indianapolis.
Jane Gooder, M.ED, RDN
Jane is a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education. Jane offers evidence-based, lifestyle food choices that are delightful, healthy and individually tailored to each patient’s life. Working with people of all ages, Jane listens to each patient to develop an individualized and realistic food preparation and eating plan. It’s her joy to support patients in their journey of health with an emphasis on lifestyle behavioral therapies that work towards the reversal or prevention of disease. She is married with three children and two grandchildren. Her interests include planning and taking international hiking trips, cooking, swimming, biking and deepening her Christian faith through Bible study, worship and prayer.
Abigail Crum, Athletic Trainer, MSAT, LAT, ATC
Abigail is a certified, licensed athletic trainer. She has experience working with patients to help prevent, treat and rehabilitate sport injuries. Her areas of focus include injury management for acute and chronic injuries, pain management, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and exercise programs for injuries. Abigail graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wittenberg University where she played basketball. She attended graduate school at Ohio University where she received her Master’s in Athletic Training in 2021.
