What do I need in order to refill my medication? All patients should be seen in our office at least once per year in order to have medication requests filled in our pharmacy. Certain health conditions require patients to be seen at different intervals. This could require you to have an office visit every three or six months. Certain health conditions also require laboratory testing to be completed every six months. These requirements are reviewed by the physician when considering your medication refill.
