Our practice offers a unique and personalized Healthcare Navigation service to help you manage your medical appointments with ease. We coordinate and schedule for you — whether it’s lab work, diagnostic tests, radiology appointments, or referrals to specialists. Our navigation service include:
- Coordinated Scheduling - No more juggling phone calls or waiting on hold. Our team works directly with office managers, clinical staff, and central scheduling departments to book your appointments — both within our office and with outside providers. This saves you time and helps reduce long wait times.
- Continuity of Care - When we refer you to another provider, we ensure that all relevant medical records are sent in advance. We also track every referral and follow up to collect all reports and test results. This keeps our team informed and involved in your care, promoting better outcomes and smoother communication between providers.
- Prior Authorization - Some medical services, treatments, or prescriptions may require prior authorization from your health insurance to ensure coverage, unless it’s an emergency. While prior authorization does not guarantee payment, it increases the likelihood that your plan will cover the cost. At the Executive Health Care Center, we handle the prior authorization process on your behalf. Whether it’s for a procedure, service, or medication, our team will submit the necessary request to your insurance provider. Please note that prior authorizations can take time, but this is a service we are happy to provide to support our patients.
- Reducing Costs and Repeat Testing - By maintaining strong relationships with other medical offices, we help minimize unnecessary testing and reduce your out-of-pocket expenses — all while improving the quality of your care.
Upon your request, we’ll obtain your outside medical records, so your history is complete and your care is informed and consistent.
