The Executive Health Center is here to serve you. Below are the best ways to contact us based on the type of request. You may reach us via office phone, office cell, our secure portal (Ascension One), or email.

 

Office Phone – 317-338-9355

Best for:

  • Acute medical concerns
  • Medication questions or refills
  • Scheduling appointments

Availability:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Voicemail available after hours; messages will be returned the next business day.  

Office Cell Phone – 317-391-9568

Best for:

  • Texting medical or administrative questions
  • Sending medical images (e.g., photos of rashes or injuries)

Note:

  • This line is monitored during business hours only.
  • When receiving texts from this number, please save it to your contacts for easy 

Ascension One Patient Portal

Best for:

  • Non-urgent communication
  • Viewing test results and health summaries
  • Messaging the care team
  • Prescription renewals
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling

Response Time:  Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

Important: Do not use it for urgent issues or emergencies

Dr. Busk’s Cell Phone – Dr. Busk’s cell phone is shared with our Primary Care patients.

Best for:

  • For emergencies only -  Use only after hours and on weekends. During business hours, please call the office line so we can assist you promptly.
