Our executive physicals are meticulously designed to provide a thorough evaluation of your current health status, identify risk factors, and empower you with actionable insights to maintain peak performance both professionally and personally. You will benefit from the expertise of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including:
- Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physicians – Provides comprehensive care for patients, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Focused on preventive health, patient education, and coordination of care with specialists to optimize long-term wellness. Committed to evidence-based practices and staying current with advancements in internal medicine.
- Physician Assistant – Family/Internal Medicine – Provides clinical support and continuity of patient care including examinations and assessment, diagnosis and treatment, patient education and counseling, monitoring and follow-up care, and collaboration and teamwork.
- Registered Nurses – Provides patient care, educate and support patients, manage care plans, maintain records, and coordinate with specialists and diagnostic services.
- Registered Dietitian – Provides personalized nutritional assessments and counseling, helping you achieve your health goals through tailored guidance that fits your lifestyle.
- Exercise Physiologists – Designs personalized exercise programs based on your functional capacity and cardiovascular health, and facilitate in-office testing to monitor progress and optimize performance.
What to Expect During Your Executive Physical
Your evaluation is conducted over two separate appointments to maximize efficiency and thoroughness:
Appointment One:
- Completion of fasting laboratory tests and advanced diagnostic screenings
- Initial consultations with nursing staff and allied health professionals
Appointment Two:
- Comprehensive physical examination by the physician
- Review of all laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Individualized counseling on lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, physical activity, and preventive strategies+
Following your evaluation, you will receive a detailed, customized wellness plan crafted to support your specific health objectives, enhance vitality, and mitigate future risks.

To further refine your health profile and address specific concerns, the following specialized tests and services may be offered:
- Cardiopulmonary Stress Test (Treadmill Test): Assess cardiovascular and pulmonary response to exercise, essential for detecting silent ischemia or exercise-induced limitations.
- Exercise-Induced Asthma Testing: Evaluate respiratory function during physical exertion for accurate diagnosis and management.
- Six-Minute Walk Test: Measure functional exercise capacity and endurance, particularly useful in cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions.
- Orthostatic Blood Pressure Test: Assess blood pressure responses to positional changes to identify orthostatic hypotension.
- Vaccinations: We provide flu, Tdap, pneumococcal and Shingrix (shingles vaccine). Additional shots, such as Covid-19 and RSV, can be coordinated with your pharmacy for your convenience.
