Shawna Reed is the Manager of Executive Health at Ascension, where she brings a strong background in exercise science and wellness coordination. She began her career at Riverview Health, serving for seven years as an Exercise Physiologist and Wellness Coordinator before joining Ascension in 2019. Since then, she has advanced from Exercise Physiologist to Office Supervisor, and now leads the practice as Manager.
Shawna earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Anderson University, where she was also a member of the women’s basketball team. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist and is passionate about promoting health and wellness.
Originally from Noblesville and now residing in Westfield, Indiana, Shawna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three young daughters. In her free time, she stays active outdoors, connects with friends and family, and cheers on her favorite sports teams.
ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist - Executive Health
Kelle is an ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Kellé joined the practice in 2021, bringing a strong academic background and a passion for helping patients manage chronic conditions through lifestyle changes. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington and went on to complete her Master of Science in Kinesiology at Indiana University Indianapolis. During her graduate studies, she developed a special interest in empowering patients to take control of their health through movement, nutrition, and behavior change.
Kellé is certified as an Exercise Physiologist, EKG Technician, and Nutritionist, and she aspires to become a Certified Diabetes Educator. Her approach to care is centered on using practical, sustainable strategies to help individuals improve their well-being.
Outside of work, Kellé enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, reading, gardening, and spending time at home with her boyfriend, two dogs, and a cat.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Executive Health
Lola King brings over 30 years of experience in nutrition and public health, with a career dedicated to supporting families and individuals in her local community. As a Registered Dietitian at the Ascension St. Vincent Executive Health Clinic, she works closely with clients to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition guidance and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Lola earned her Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University and her Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis. She completed a 2,000-hour post-graduate dietetic internship at St. Francis Medical Center and has been a Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for over 35 years.
Originally from Central Illinois, Lola has called Indianapolis home for the past 36 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, walking, and attending festivals with her daughter.
Nurse Navigator - Executive Health
Madison serves as the Nurse Navigator with the Executive Health team, bringing a well-rounded background in patient care, coordination, and leadership. She is a graduate of Ball State University and is passionate about guiding patients through their healthcare journey with compassion and expertise.
Before joining Ascension, Madison worked at IU Health as an Ambulatory Program Coordinator for Cardiothoracic Surgery, where she supported patients through complex cancer treatment plans. Her clinical background also includes experience as a Surgical Progressive Care Nurse, Charge Nurse, Preceptor, and Co-Chair of Nursing Professional Governance.
Prior to her nursing career, Madison held various leadership roles at CVS Pharmacy while completing her nursing education—demonstrating her commitment to healthcare and service from an early stage.
Madison resides in Elwood with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys baking, practicing Pilates, and spending time in her garden as an enthusiastic amateur.
Nurse Navigator - Executive Health
Rachel is a dedicated Nurse Navigator who brings compassion, experience, and a patient-centered philosophy to her work with the Executive Health Team. With over a decade of nursing experience, Rachel is passionate about providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, and she finds joy in witnessing their health progress over time.
Before joining Executive Health, Rachel spent 11 years at Riley Hospital for Children. Her clinical background includes 6 years in the Hospitalist/Infectious Disease/GI unit and 5 years in Outpatient Surgery. During her time at Riley, she served in several leadership and mentorship roles, including Charge Nurse, Preceptor, and Co-Chair of Nursing Professional Governance. She also served as a Medical-Surgical Advisor and was honored with both the International Daisy Award and the Red Shoes Award for outstanding nursing care and compassion.
Rachel believes that strong collaboration among the healthcare team is key to achieving the best outcomes for patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Xavier University.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Kaia.
Medical Assistant & Receptionist – Executive Health
Anabel Mora serves as a Medical Assistant and Receptionist with the Executive Health team, where she is known for her warm smile and welcoming presence. She ensures that every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Anabel earned her Medical Assistant Certificate from Vincennes University and previously worked at IU University Hospital in Cardiothoracic Surgery in downtown Indianapolis. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Anabel is a valuable resource for both patients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Anabel stays busy with her husband, Fernando, raising their four children—three boys and one girl. She enjoys taking walks with her family and spending time with her four sisters.

Renee provides dedicated administrative support to Dr. Busk, helping ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a background rooted in education, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for service to her role at Executive Health.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Cum Laude, from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. She has also completed graduate coursework in elementary education through Mercer University in Atlanta and Cal State University at Northridge. Before joining the Executive Health team, Renee spent much of her career teaching elementary grades and supporting students and families in academic settings.
Renee and her husband, Richard, are proud parents of two young adults who are pursuing their own paths and passions. Outside of work, Renee enjoys gardening—specializing in native gardens that support local wildlife, including butterflies, birds, and hummingbirds—and she also loves birding in natural spaces.
