Membership-Based Care - No Insurance Billing

At Ascension St. Vincent Executive Health Center, we operate as a private pay clinic under a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. This means we do not bill or accept insurance for any visits or services provided in our office. Patients pay an annual fee directly to our office for a defined set of services either for a comprehensive Executive Physical or Primary Care, rather than relying on traditional insurance billing. This eliminates the need for insurance copays, deductibles, and claims processing for these specific services, making healthcare costs more predictable. 

In some cases, the cost of care is covered by the patient’s employer. We collaborate with organizations that understand the strategic value of investing in employee health and well-being. This model allows our clinical team to dedicate more time to each patient, resulting in enhanced care experiences and higher satisfaction among both patients and healthcare professionals. 

We offer two core services with clear, upfront pricing: 

● Executive Physical – A comprehensive, personalized health assessment available for a standard fee 

● Primary Care Services – Offered for an annual fee, covering access to ongoing care throughout the year. Our membership year runs from July 1 to June 30, but you are welcome to begin your care with us at any time. 

By stepping away from traditional insurance billing, we are able to:

● Eliminate surprise bills and hidden fees 

● Focus completely on your health—not paperwork 

If you carry insurance, you may still use your insurance for specialist visits, hospitalization, lab work and you may be able to submit your receipts for out-of-network reimbursement or use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your Executive Physical or Primary Care services. Medicare Patients Welcome

We do see Medicare-eligible patients at Ascension St. Vincent Executive Health Center; however, please note that our office is not in the Medicare provider network. 

● What this means for you: Referrals, prescriptions, and tests ordered outside of our office may still be: 

○ Covered by your insurance 

○ Processed through Medicare, if those services are provided by 

Medicare-participating providers
