The Kohl’s Wellness Center provides a convenient, low-cost option for acute, preventive and wellness-focused primary care services. All Kohl's associates (regardless of enrollment in health plan) and dependents enrolled in the health plan, can use the wellness center for their medical needs. Healthcare coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life.
