The Health & Wellness Centers provide a convenient, low cost option for acute, preventive and wellness focused primary care services for all School District employees and their families enrolled on the health plan. The services provided can be shared with your personal primary care physician. This coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life.

Health & Wellness Center Staff
The Health & Wellness Centers provide accessible health and wellness resources that improve the well-being of employees and their dependents. The Health Center staff provides high quality care to treat, reverse and prevent disease that match each individual’s needs. The onsite provider can serve as your primary care provider or will work in collaboration with your established primary care physician.
MEET YOUR NEW PROVIDER
Ellayna (Ellie) Dzenzeol MSN, APNP, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner for Ascension Wisconsin Employer Solutions for the school districts of South Milwaukee and Cudahy. She is passionate about her work as a Nurse Practitioner because it allows her to profoundly impact patient’s health and well-being. Ellie obtained her BSN and Certificate in Global Health from UW-Madison and her MSN from Simmons University. She worked at UW Hospital for several years as a Medical-Surgical Nurse. Through her professional experience, she has developed a love for patient advocacy, professional collaboration and patient-centered care.
Ellie is a Family Nurse Practitioner, so she can care for patients across the lifespan. As a primary care clinician, she sees patients for a wide range of non-emergent health concerns. She greatly enjoys the preventive side of primary care because it allows patients to take their health into their own hands. She also loves orthopedic concerns because she worked as an orthopedic nurse for several years.
Ellie grew up in La Crosse, WI and currently lives in Wauwatosa with her husband. In her free time, she loves to run, get out in nature and try new recipes with her husband. As a new resident to the Milwaukee area, she is excited to take in all the city has to offer.
