Your Clay County District Schools near-site clinics at Ascension St. Vincent’s provides a convenient, no cost option for care when you're sick, preventive, and wellness focused medical services for all active employees*. Please show proof of your Clay County BCBS Health Insurance Card when you arrive at the clinic. Healthcare coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life. The services provided can be shared with your personal primary care physician.
* Medicare members are not eligible for this program, but the offices listed accept Medicare. This benefit does not apply to spouses or dependents at this time.
** Only those school board members with the Clay County BCBS plan can be seen in the clinic after Oct 1, 2026.
