The Anderson Community Schools Employee Health Center, in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent, provides a convenient, no cost option to the employee and their dependents for acute, preventive, chronic disease management, medication therapy management, and wellness focused primary care services for all Anderson Community Schools (ACS) employees and their families enrolled in an ACS sponsored medical plan. Healthcare coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life. The services provided can be shared with your personal primary care physician.

Mail order prescription program
- Maintenance medications written by the health center providers are mailed directly to your home. If requested, maintenance medications can be picked up at the employee health center.
- Mail order program is administered by the wellness center pharmacy partner, Northwind pharmacy, at no cost to you.
- Contact the health center to request your medications be sent to the Northwind pharmacy.

Nanette Gray, Family Nurse Practitioner
“I am elated to have the opportunity to join the ACS Employee Health Center team. I have been in practice since 1996, and I am excited to be part of this team that provides personalized health care. It is a privilege to be part of this unique clinic which offers an opportunity to partner with patients, explore their wellness ideas and goals, and work with them to achieve these goals.”
Nanette Gray is board certified in family medicine, occupational health, and case management. She has over 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Indiana University as an adult nurse practitioner and from the University of Northern Kentucky as a family nurse practitioner. Nanette Gray’s belief is that wellness is a journey. She works to collaborate with her patients holistically, taking into account the whole person.
Kristin Golden, Family Nurse Practitioner

Building trusting relationships with patients is key to solid and therapeutic care. Whether it is a physical ailment, mental health concern, or for guidance to a healthier lifestyle, we are here to help! Kristin Golden is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where she obtained a bachelor of science in nursing, as well as a graduate of Ball State University, where she earned a master's in nursing, and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kristin has five years experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting working with pre-surgical and post-surgical patients, orthopedics/neurology, and medical-surgical patients. She spent two years working in Physical Medicine, assisting people with holistic and natural pain relief. She has been providing primary care services for the past six years and recently started working in Hematology/Oncology.
She enjoys caring for others and helping them be the best possible versions of themselves!
Kristin is a health and wellness advocate, certified as a Natural Health Professional through Trinity School of Natural Health, and passionate about helping others attain their goals, maintain an active lifestyle, and enjoy life to the fullest!
Outside of providing care to others and spending time with her husband and three children, Kristin enjoys all things crafty, baking, bicycling, being outdoors, creating fun memories with her family, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures!
Misha Melson, CMA
Misha grew up in Anderson and graduated from Madison Heights & Harrison College where she obtained her Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) degree. She has 14 years experience as a medical assistant in different settings including gastrology, family practice, pediatrics, and mental health.
Misha enjoys spending time with her daughter Makinna, friends & family. She enjoys traveling.
Rebecca Fresquez, Patient Service Representative
Rebecca started her career in healthcare in 1986. She has worked in various positions throughout hospital and clinic offices in an administrative capacity. She has worked as an office manager in multiple clinics and as a program coordinator in graduate medical education/residency programs in both family medicine and internal medicine. She is also a licensed massage therapist.
Rebecca resides in Pendleton, where she grew up. She has 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
